body in fat storing mode,If you like bread get sprouted grain bread also eat sweet potatoes with butter and cinnamon and fruits and vegetables.There are certain fats you should eat which causes your body to burn away
fat (good fats and bad fats) Here are fats you should avoid.

2 Canola and Vegetable oil
3 margarine
4 substitue fake butter

1 Real Butter
2 whole eggs
3 extra virgin coconut oil
4 olive oil
5 avocados and raw nuts
