Exposing Fitness Lies

I am going to expose some major Lies  you should know about Fitness in a series of Blogs.Today's
fitness lie is you need Cardio to lose weight right? WRONG.Let me explain yes cardio does burn
calories like any activity but it is not something that you must do in order to lose weight.People that
hate cardio (running on a treadmill or riding a stationary bike) think they hate exercise.Wrong you hate
having to catch your breath.You hate watching the time hoping it would go by faster, because u hate that
one part of exercise you think u hate to exercise.I had a friend that worked all day and thought he had to
run or walk for 30min to lose weight and was to tired after work to do so.I told him about 7 min workouts
where you use calorie redirection technics.If you not training for a running event ,football,basketball or trying
to last 5 rounds for a mma fight or boxing.Then why train like you are.The question is are you training or trying
to get healthy? Our exclusive use of calorie redirection is step one you see calories are energy resources for the
body if energy is not used then it is stored as fat for later use.Give the calories something to do and it wont be stored.The cardio approach means if you eat an extra 1000 calories you have to run on the treadmill (it takes
1.5hrs to burn off a 1000 calories) just to break even.Who can do that and thats what make people quit there
