3tips how to lose 10lbs fast

It's the holiday season and a lot of us are going to want to lose weight and many of us will wait until new years to make another promise to our selves so why wait start now
Here's 3 tips to help get you start and on your way to a great figure.
1. Start a Circuit Training Routine.
Circuit training is a wonderful way to get your bodies metabolism burning fiery HOT! You basically set up 10 or so different stations or have 10 different machines or lifts you are planning to do. You can spend a certain amount of time like 2 minutes at each station or you can do a pre-determined amount of reps at each. The key here is not to use insanely heavy weights when doing this so you can get an endurance effect out of this. This is sure to get you burning up and worked out in no time.
2. Start Using Calorie Shifting.
Calorie shifting is a newer technique that is used by many people to essentially "trick" the body into burning more calories then it normally would. Basically, your body burns calories on how much you ate a couple days before. So say you ate 3000 calories on day 1, by day three your body is expecting you to eat that much again, so it naturally will try to set your metabolic rate to burn the same amount. This cycling of calories allows you to actually EAT and lose weight at the same time. This is just a very basic outline of the calorie shifting method, but it's a proven technique that helps many people drop a ton of weight.
3. Start a Weight Loss Journal or a Blog.
The point here is to keep track of your progress and to publish your goals either privately or publicly. With this stuff written out somewhere you will have more motivation to achieve these goals. Besides that advantage you can record your progress and see how much stronger you are actually getting which really helps motivate you for future workouts.
